val of_chan : Stdlib.out_channel -> formatter(of_chan chan) is formatter_of_out_channel; it returns a new formatter writing to chan.
val of_buffer : Stdlib.Buffer.t -> formatter(of_buffer buf) is formatter_of_buffer; it returns a new formatter writing to buf. At the end of pretty-printing, the formatter must be flushed using Format.pp_print_flush or Format.pp_print_newline, to print all the pending material into the buffer.
