Original Cocktails

Here are some of our original cocktails.

• 18 parts apricot eau de vie
• 1 part orgeat
• 1 part apricot brandy

Shake.

• 4 parts gin
• 1 part dry vermouth
• 1 part Zirbenz

• 4 parts gin (Green House)
• 1 part Campari
• 1 part sloe gin (Plymouth)

For each cocktail:

• 1 dash grapefruit bitters

• 9 parts arrack (Batavia Arrack Van Oosten)
• 5 parts cachaça OR 5 parts rhum agricole
• 4 parts lime juice
• 2 parts falernum (BroVo Lucky Falernum)
• 1 part black peppercorn tincture

For each cocktail:

• 2 dashes Fee Bros. Old Fashioned Cocktail Bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Shake.

Garnish: grated nutmeg and orange peel (flamed).

• 2 parts orange juice
• 1 part cointreau
